£8,353,636.25 nominal of ordinary share capital divided into 33,414,545 ordinary shares of 25p each

£16,392,954 nominal of preference share capital divided into 16,392,954 9% cumulative preference shares of £1 each

$30,000,000 nominal of 7.5% dollar notes 2012/14
