REA announces that on 22 June 2009 notification was received from Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of Financial Services Authority, that on 22 June 2009 a holding of 1,787 Ordinary Shares of 25p for his daughter, Mr R E Landon A/C AESL (connected person), was sold in London at a price of 409p per share and Mrs J E Landon (spouse) purchased such shares at 409p per share.
